Solution

Red must not waste any time. If Black can free his rook, Red won't have any winning chances anymore. Red could easily win the rook against one of his cannons, but that won't be enough as long as Black has two advisors and the elephant. Therefore, Red must try to get rook and elephant for a cannon or, even better, the rook for free.
