Invitation to the 35th European XiangQi Championship in Paris

Dear all EXF members,

It is confirmed that the 35th European Xiangqi Championship will be held in Paris on Feb.03-04, 2025 during Chinese New Year.

The sponsor has signed a contract with the government of Paris 13th District to use the city hall as the tournament venue. Please find attached the photos of the tournament venue.

The city government promised to list the tournament as one of the official Chinese New Year celebration activities. Also, the prize money will increase from EUR 3.000 to EUR 5.000. (Additional tournament EXF NCNV team vs Ningbo Team, each team will get EUR 1,000 as the prize money).

The only pity is that the tournament appointment is on Monday and Tuesday since the city hall will not open on weekends.
