Entrusted by the organizer of „The 9th Belt and Road Global Pairs Xiangqi Tournament“, I am asking you if the German Xiangqi Association could send one player to participate in the tournament in Chengdu from Oct. 15 to Oct. 18.
Since the tourment is named „Belt and Road“, the paticipants are in principle from the countries along the Belt and Road Initiative, such as Russia, Belarus, Bulgaria as well as Italy in Europe.
This time there is a Wild Card opportunity for Germany. The participant must fulfill the qualification of WXF (similar as World Xiangqi Championship) and the residential obligation proof shall be provided to WXF for approval.
The deadline of the registration is Sep.11. Please find attached the regulation and registration form in English.
